Boltless Beam
The beam of a rack determines exactly how heavy each level can hold as it supports the full weight of it. The thicker the beam, the stronger it is. Under the level of each rack, there are more support beams. These beams act as an additional support to prevent wrapping of the metal sheet. Some racks do not have this feature because the metal sheet or plywood is sturdy enough.
Connector for Frame
This unique connector is specially made for our boltless rack to function without the centre pole when combined together. This connector allows us to maintain the same UDL even after we remove the centre pole.

Metal Sheet/Plywood
The last component of the racks are the sheets of metal or plywood. Although there is no clear winner. Metal sheets are more preferred over plywood due to its durability and lightweight.
